My name is Elise Quackenbush and I graduated May of 2009 from Missouri State University with my Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. I currently am in the process of preparing to  put my American life on hold to teach English in South Korea. I live for friendship, creativity, my dog, gardening, beautiful interiors, innovative design, making everyday things we look at or experience more interesting, sustainable living, vegetarian and raw cuisine and travel, among other things. I have a desire to experience life, educate myself, and inspire those around me.

This is me stretching my legs on a road trip in Wyoming. I was born in South Bend, IN. I moved to Sacramento, CA when I was 2. I moved to Missouri when I was 15. I lived in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn for a summer when I was 23. I will be moving to South Korea when I am 25.
